What Should I Do To Get Rid Of Sex Addiction?

Hello,

 

I do not watch porn movies. I do not read adult material. I have sex only with my wife.

 

NOW THE PROBLEM IS WHENEVER I SEE A WOMAN (ANY AGE) I START THINKING SEXUALLY ABOUT THEM. I LOOK AT THEM LIKE SEX OBJECT. (HELL WITH THESE THOUGHTS)

 

I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN. I AM FRUSTRATED BY THESE THOUGHTS NOW. I WANT A CLEAN THINKING ABOUT WOMEN.

 

EARLIER I WATCHED LOT OF PORN. NOW I STOPPED EVERYTHING, STILL THESE THOUGHTS DOESNOT SEEMS TO BE GOING.

 

PLEASE HELP ME, I AM IN A VERY BAD CONDITION.

Go to a counselor that specializing in sex therapy. Or just be easy on yourself. You don't cheat, you stopped watching porn. You may just have a very active Libido.

Is your wife ok with all this?

Why is it so bad to think sexualy about the women you see?

I am confused whether we should think sexually about others and have a fear that it will lead to having sex with other womens (e.g. call girls).

 

If I natually have more sex or libido then how to control it?

for sure ,you are a sex lover.

according to me you should watch as many sex movies you can.have lot of sex 7 times a day.continue it till 5 to 10 days.on the tenth day you would not want to do any sexual act.you would just get rid of it.

 

i have another idea should adopt drinking as it is better than sex.(avoid it)

 

or ihave another idea a healty life . ucan do it so by listening to music always keeping yourself in work.you should do heavy exercise so that you would prefer sleeping or taking rest more than sex.ALL THE BEST.

Do link removed. It will decrease your libido and you can get on with your life without ever worrying about sexual fantasies affecting your judgement. Very well tested. If you even stop for one day, to indulge yourself, your sexual drive will come back. It's like a nice holiday once in a while.

 

Also, it has the benefit of extending your lifespan considerably. And decreasing carbon footprint.

OP- I'm a bit confused.

 

Why do you feel this is a sex addiction?

 

That seems quite normal to me. I think of almost every attractive woman I see as a potential sexual opportunity.

 

I believe most men feel this way.

 

Please explain if you can why it bothers you so much?

 

I would personally be more concerned for myself the day I STOP looking at women as sexual creatures...

on a side note- i'm not so sure I'd raise the red flag to your wife just yet that you think this way.

 

i mean- all women know that mean desire many women sexually. but for her to hear it from you that you do think that way. it could very easily cause a major bit of confusion in her mind.

 

because she could easily start stressing that you are cheating...then her mind goes 1000 miles per hour.
