I LEARNED SOMEthing new today

how do we as people forgive.

In this journey called life, we go through alot of emotions!

I started therapy today and my group leader, said we can't move

on in our lives with all our emotional baggage, that we take with us on this journey. I wondered what he ment by that so I asked how do I move on.

He said have you ever forgave yourself for all that has happen to you.

I said no I never looked at it that way, and that I always blamed others>>>

not a good thing I know now so friends Honey_Bee, had to forgive herself today.

And I must say it felt real good and I cried, and cried.

My group leader said your crying because you have forgiven yourself..

I'm writting you guys because I know how hard this life can be, and maybee my mistakes show's you guy's that life will go on and get better..

 

 

WE MAY HAVE TO FORGIVE OURSELF AS WELL

AS WE FORGAVE THEM.....
