Colonics

I have been looking into colonics. I was wondering if there has been anyone here on the forum that has tried this? I have read about the benefits of it.

 

So if you have tried this I would like to hear if it was beneficial to you.

A family member of mine was complaining about that recently. He was not a big fan either. In a colonoscopy you're knocked out, but you're awake for a sigmoidoscopy (I think?).

 

Colonics baffle me because I would never choose to voluntarily subject myself to a situation like that.....
