She acts really weird

Hello everyone, I have a question and I hope you can help me.

 

There's this girl I met (btw shes 14 n Im 17, maybe this will help you understand her more approprietly) and we were growing with our friendship; eventually I started to like her, but I didn't tell her and actually I didn't change the way I am towards her (at least this is what I think) because I was waiting for our frindship to get stronger and she had a boyfriend..

 

Finally she was about to finish her relationship with her boyfriend and she told me what she was up to, I mean that she told me how she was going to finish with him and everything, but I made a terrible mistake at the time she broke up with him, something that I'm almost sure hurt her feelings, I didn't do it with that in mind but obviously that doesn't make things a lot different, and to make things worse I never apologized; she stopped talking to me, but I kept talking to her as if nothing had happened and eventually she was talking to me again (I'm not telling the whole story of why I did why I did cuz it would take a lot of time and it would be difficult to explain)

 

However ever since that happened she stops talking to me every now and then, the second time was after a month or so, but this has become more frequent, the thing is that we talk to each other normally on monday, we make jokes and have a good time then in tuesday she doesn't talk to me and doesn't even look at me, this just makes me crazy!! she answers with a single reply like "yes" or "no" or "I don't know" and doesn't say something else, when she did this I was asking her if she was mad at me or something, or if she was upset for some reason, she always said she was alright though I knew this wasn't true, additionally she made this face like she was uncomfortable with me, then again she came back to "normal" and so on. Right now I'm sick and tired of this stupid way to act, and I thoght I shouldn't try to talk to her anymore 'till she wants to do it and takes the first step, but I'm not quite sure this is the right way to go, and this is my first doubt, and the second and last is, does this mean that she's not interested in me or it means that she's playing a little? I don't know what to think.

 

Of course there are many other things good and not so good that I'm not telling you but when you begin to make comments, maybe I will have to tell you to make the situation clearer to you.

Well first off , Welcome to planet earth where people do weird stuff for no reason all the time. She just broke with her boyfriend, maybe she's a little moody right now give her some time and space to sort her feelings out you dont want to rush into anything and scare her away or even worse, get hurt when she decides to get back with her Ex.

Yeah, Earth is a pretty weird planet, glad I'm not from here.

 

Just give her some space to work things out like Valenski said, but make sure you're available if she wants/needs to talk.

I must say that this didn't happen recently, it's been more than six months since she broke up with her bf, that's why I don't know what to think, and as I said, there have been more elements involved in this situation and in fact I would say that there are more good things about this friendship than bad things, in fact, the only complain I have is this one, why does she keep doing this?!
