NJRon
The best way to move on, so that you can heal as quickly and painlessly as possible, is to stop contacting her. If she tries to contact you, do not accept it. If you really want to "forget" her... which, I take to mean that you want to not be in so much pain and think of her all the time, NC my friend. There are numerous threads on her on how to get over someone. How to get your life togetehr. How to become better now than you were even before your old relationship. Poke around a bit. Best wishes...
brando
Unfortunately you will never forget her. I do not think it is humanly possibly, if someone had an immense impactr on your life. And I am not referring to the break up pain you are feeling. But you will need to heal, to Accept the loss. Forgive yourself and her and you will soon be on the road to rcovery. NJRon
Yeah, I know it feels horrible. Also, people saying it gets better doesn't help, because it's hard to remember how "better" feels... but, it gets better
