A little advice on what to do with the anger

WORK OUT, work out on a regular basis, it helps you feel better and it makes you feel drained like you just beat all of the anger out of you, I recently found out that my ex left me for a "guy friend" she had for awhile and I must admit I was going to do some hostile things, ex. Light her car on fire, feed her new lover his heart to him, and a handful of other angry things, altough it has been harder then hell, I found that working out and getting muscle helps for some reason

Agreed!! Working out more has really helped me deal with the feelings of anger that I get.
