It'll be 6 months tomorrow for me and my boyfriend. YaY. This is the longest relationship I've been in (I've had a lot of jerks in my life and too many who have just led me on). I'm 20 years old. My boyfriend is also my first love... We've been friends for over a year, and he's always liked me. I think within 1-2 months he confessed that he's fallen in love with me. I told him I felt the same way too.

My boyfriend had I have been together going on two years now. This is my longest relationship but not his. We're not first loves. (hopefully last loves though) and it takes me about a month or two to love someone but to really be "in love" it takes me a little over a year.

Hmm, ok. I've been dating my guy for going on seven months, we were friends for about five years before that, really good friends for two.

 

My first love was in high school (one-year relationship) and second was in college (four-year relationship)...I'm hoping this one will be my last love. As for him, I would say he's been infatuated with girls before, but I'm his first real relationship so I would surmise that I'm his first love (and hopefully his last), as well. I'm 28, he's going to be 30 next month. So far, so good.

I've had two long-term relationships before this and I was not "in love" with my ex-boyfriends. My current bf is my first love, but I don't think I am his. It takes a lot for me to fall in love with someone so it took me more than a couple of months to realize that I am actually in love with him! Oh, and I'm 25 and he's 26.

We weren't each other's firsts, but we certainly have decided we are one another's lasts! That to me is even better!

Anyway, we knew very early on this was something different, we had had long term and serious relationships prior to that, but we knew within a couple months that this was something very different, and we just "knew". Hard to explain more than that!

As of today, I am the big 2-7! My partner is turning the even bigger 3-0 next week.

LOL, well he's now my ex and nope, I won't call him my first love as I never fallen in love before, but I'll refer to him as my previous infatuation b/f.

 

Well I met him in May of 2005 and in April 23rd of this year, we were b/f and g/f. So it took almost a year later. I was 18 at my first kiss with him and 19 when we had become offical. LOL, the whole b/f and g/f episode only lasted 7 days as I had found some shady information about him, not very good stuff and so it's been almost 3 months since I dumped him by the phone.

I don't think I have enough hindsight yet to be able to tell you who my first love was for definite, I'd suspect it was Alan - we went out for a grand total of 3 months last year, but almost from the start I knew I was majorly, majorly into him.

 

In a way, I still am.

 

However, it became very clear after 3 or 4 months into my current relationship that I am very much in love with my boyfriend. Which is what matters right now.
