Hanging out with family sometimes can be a major source of healing power..

Getting to know more about God and keeping a relationship with him through church gatherings help me too...

Do you have any hobbies that you have not yet accomplished..as for me Im hoping to go to the gym so i can work my body out more...

Sometimes some good old fashioned exersize can get you feeling better...

Ever listen to any comedians, such as Dane Cook, Ron White...

Hmm what else, Good healthy eating may help your mood...

I myself have been thinking to myself about going to a phycytrist for my issues and maybe getting prescribed something to help me deal...

I don't think that would be an bad idea...

I hope everything is going fine..pm me if youd like to talk....

I wish that there was a formula or something you could magically do to make these pains go away. It seems that depression is such an overwhelming thing. I started taking Paxil for anxiety, which is also supposed to work for depression. I never really admitted it to myself, but I suffer from depression. I never understood how I could be having a great day and feel this pain inside. I don't get it that often, but have been lately. My only advice is to do what I do. I recognize that it is there, but also recognize that it is uncontrollable and I just have to deal with it. I will give you the standard advice, which actually works. Work out and get your endorphins going and also eat healthy. I personally am very stupid and like to drink to feel good and this only makes things worse the next day. It's pretty weird because the thing that will help you most is the thing that is hardest to do. Work out at the gym and you will get home so tired and just fall asleep. It is so easy for all of us to sit back and kind of give up and not be motivated, but if you work out or do something else constructive, then your depression will subside or at least not be as bad. I am guessing you are a very motvated person who has not found something that intrigues you. I just started a new job and am very motivated. I am no psychologist, but I think depression occurs frrom a big change in our lives. I have always had it, but never thought much about it. If you had something significant happen like a break up or a job change, then it is reasonable that you would go through this. Just know that it is a day to day thing and some days are better. I have been thinking about my ex a lot lately, but am also enjoying the challenges of my new job and working out. Just don't give up and deal with the pain. It sucks, but such is life. Feel free to pm me and I would love to inspire you to make myself feel better. lol
