Falling over heels for someone!!!!!!!

Ok, the first time I ever heard that phrase was on this site from some other post way back months ago. Is it really possible that someone, even the most rational and logical, realistic human at some point really lose her/his head (literally speaking) over a man/woman. When I was writing some other posts way back, I clearly remember someone saying that I don't know what's it like being in love if I'm not experience and that some day I will lose some of my commom senses and fall over heels (lose my head) over him.

Will I? Been also told that at home by mom, she says it will come at some point where I'll got nuts!!!!!!

Let's just say that sometimes in the beginning of a relationship your judgment may become a little - less than focused!!

When you do finally find that someone who you are really into, you will realize what it is like to fall "head over heels" in love with someone. You will lose your sense of rationality and do things for that SO that, when you are more rational and in control, you might look back at that action and say "now why did I DO that". Falling head over heels in love is a very intoxicating, encompassing feeling that gives you this heady, euphoric feeling like you are on top of the world. Things appear brighter, happier, etc than they are. When you are head over heels in love with a person, that person encompasses your mind, your feelings, and is a part of your thoughts day in and day out and you wander around with a dreamy smile on your lips.

 

Well, that is my take on falling head over heels in love.

I hope I don't lose my head LITERALLY speaking! Though I hear back in the days when the guillotine a certain King Henry had a few wives whom lost theirs over love

 

 

It is true that when you fall for someone you tend to sometimes get a little....hmmm...separate from the rest of the world and rather involved in that person and the relationship. Sometimes you DO lose some common sense, but I would not say it need be totally abandoned.

 

There really is a chemical reaction at play that gives you that euphoric, head over heels feeling. Sometimes it develops into something deeper...and sometimes it leaves you thinking "what the HECK was I doing!".

Been there done that... if you are lucky you will not get hurt by it...which i believe is seldom since Falling head over heels usually makes one not see the things that in normal sense wouldnt work.
