Ok I thought it was time for a quick update.

 

Things have been going great with this new girl. We have met up every weekend for the past three weeks. We get along great, have lots of similar interest and lots of chemistry. In fact we decided to be a couple last weekend, so it is official, she is now my girlfriend.

 

There are a few large dissimilarities between us. I am much more of an intellect, while she is going to school just to get it done and doesn’t really enjoy it. I grew up in a fairly upper-middle class family, while she grew up with always worrying about having money and still does. Hopefully, we can overcome some of these things and not let it get in our way.

 

The one thing that worries me is that I sometimes wonder why she is so interested in me. I think it has to do with the fact that was the one dumped in my last relationship. But oh well I am really enjoying life right now and I couldn’t be happier. If you told me that I could feel like this 2 months ago after my breakup I wouldn’t have believed anyone. Time really does heal.
