She says she loves me, she says she cares about, she says there's nothing should would want more in a boyfriend, she says i'm her closest friend, she says she's physically attracted to me, and she says she loves spending time with me.

 

Yet, she doesn't think we should be together anymore because she once was in love so she knows how that feels, and and she doesn't feel like she's in love with me? There's gotta be more to that isn't there? Or is it that simple? Because for me I can't see what more in a relationship you can have.

She wants the same feeling she had with her ex and she is not getting it - that is what is missing. When she says she loves you she means as a person, or as a friend - not as a lover and that is the difference. It is hard for you to accept and I really feel for you. But you need to accept what she says and realise you need to find someone who feels the same way about you as you do about her.

I think she is still hung up on the ex. Best to move on and find someone who loves you and thinks you are great without comparing the feelings to their ex.
