Am I a coward???

Am I a coward for not wishing my ex a happy birthday today or blocking her on AIM?

 

My one friend says I am... that I had a history with my ex. and I should be the better person. If my ex. wants to contact me via email or IM, I can politely tell her I'm busy.

 

Just confused at the moment.

No you are not a coward. She is our ex, you don't have any ties or responsibilty to her.

Of course it's not cowardly to block her ... it's called taking control of the situation ... and it's smart. So you keep on with what you were doing, it's the best for you in the long run!

Thanks for your advice. Even tho we have a history... I don't feel I owe her anything else... The past is the past.

I agree if you don't want to talk her...Don't yea its her bday but why bring back old memories if they are going to make you unhappy
