Elfdrinkingtea
I use the right arm frequently, normal for a right handed people. thereforeeee my right arm is stronger and can hold heavier weight than my left arm. My question is. How can I make my arm become as strong as my right arm. occasionally, during my bicepts work out my left arm pains because of the weight, but my right arm feel fine. Link to comment
Aueft
Hm, when you work out, set a time aside for your left arm. Link to comment
RayKay
When you start working out, often one arm will be stronger. Over time, they match each other in strength. Use the same weight for each arm, one you can manage for sure with your right arm, and one that you may need help/a spotter for with left last few reps, but eventually can do on your own. When you are doing things like bar curls, or bench press, or overhead press, anything that uses both, make sure both arms are doing the equal amount of work (they are balanced). They will match up eventually. Link to comment
