Many people have problems with what society has become

I totally get where this is coming from. I spent a couple years working in a small retail store where management and ownership were closeted racists and bigots and talked junk about their customers, employees, delivery drivers, basically anyone and everyone. The pay was higher then anything else in the same driving distance, and I was the primary income for my family, so I tried to tough it out until I just couldn't anymore.

Those people are always going to exist. Usually the vitrol and hate that they spew about others is a reflection of how they feel about themselves. That being said, how they act isn't your responsability, and ultimately what other people think about you only matters if you let it. Take how the good people in your life feel about you and place importence in that, not in how ultimately deeply hurt strangers might feel. If you're just being you and they wanna hate, let them knowing it's because they feel they can't be themselves.
