I have always admired her talent and her spirit.

Me, too @boltnrun.  She was a victim of domestic violence courtesy of her late husband Ike Turner who ruled her with an iron fist.  ✊ I've always admired her guts and toughness.  She is reminiscent of my mother in many ways (she was beaten to a pulp, too & raised 3 children all by herself / saved the house) and I hope this same blood and true grit runs through my veins as well. 

Yes,  may she RIP.  🙏
