Seraphim
I am diabetic, and have had very consistent blood glucose in the pre diabetic range for 3 years except my last reading. I have really endeavoured to lower my blood sugar and drain off as many carbs as humanly possible and increase my exercise. About 3 times a week now I have had bad hypoglycaemic events one where I was asleep. I woke up and got up and landed on the floor and almost fainted. Basically when I have a hypoglycaemic attack my vision gets very blurry and I feel like I will throw up. I never had this much trouble regulating before. The exercise is good but I may have to increase my carbs per day and try to lower slower. I have my next blood draw and doctor visit second week of Jan. I am concerned about almost passing out though. Other diabetics what carb load keeps you at a stable glucose? I am crashing too often. Link to comment
