Category 4 Hurricane to hit Canada’s East Coast

The Provinces of Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick to be badly impacted.

No, I am more central in Ontario.

In Port Aux Basque ,Newfoundland homes have been swept out to sea and one person has been reported swept out to sea and has declared a state of emergency.

My husband's aunt lives in Florida.  😵  We're worried about her.  She has her windows boarded up, etc.  Hurricane Ian is category 4 where she lives with 150 mph winds.  Power outages are to be expected.  Some residents depend on well water and electricity is required to pump it.  ☹️

The hurricane here is long pas now but did a lot of damage especially to the coastline of Prince Edward Island and some towns in other provinces. In our Atlantic region it was also a category 4. One town in Newfoundland was almost completely destroyed houses went out to sea and everything. 
 

It was nowhere close to me thankfully. 
 

I hope your husband’s aunt is ok.
