.  .  .  , it is the honeymoon stage.  The real test is to be enduring, sincere and responsible with love.  Always have respect in all relationships so old love feels new everyday.

When love is new, it feels like a fairytale. Everything is magical, perfect, wonderful.

But this is the time to be cautious, because those emotions can cloud a persons judgement on what is real.

It takes (imo) at least 6 months before you get to know someone properly. Get to know how they really are as a person, good, bad and indifferent.

Try to slow down, don't rush into anything. I know it can be difficult with the rush of emotions, but it's important to be responsible with your feelings.

Allow yourself to get to know this person. Be in situations where you see their good side, bad side, emotional side, angry side, frustrated side, anxious side, ill side, and everything else in between BEFORE you decide you're in love with them.

It truly is a balance between finding new love exciting and being responsible with what is actually reality.
