After a few weeks of post break-up turmoil, something happened this morning.

 

I was thinking about the relationship breakdown and ex bf.

 

I accepted what has happened and realised these things happen in life and I can either let the dark cloud continue to hover or let the sun in.

I was thinking I don't want to feel this way anymore. I don't want to hurt and have the rest of the coctail of emotions. I don't want to feel negative feelings towards him.

 

So, I sent him positive feelings. And then I felt this peace inside.

 

The cloud is gone and I feel better.

This is a perfect example of how someone can take a negative situation and learn from it, turn it around, and make it positive by controlling thier reaction to it.
