Super hard Day

The packers are here for our move today and the power is gone to our entire town. Making it hot and sweaty due to no AC. My cat was so terrified of the packers he peed himself under my bed. 
It is the year anniversary of my father’s death. 
And my anxiety is epic right now . Just sitting here sobbing

I'm so sorry you are having such a rough day. Moving is so stressful even when things go smoothly, and you've had a bunch of bumps making it even more so. 

Try to be easy on yourself. This too will pass.

Hey Seraphim, is today any better? Sometimes you just have to survive the crappy days for a little while to get to the tolerable, but it isn't easy.

I gotta admit I read the thread title and I thought it was a reference to a day that most women would celebrate.

We are in the hotel now. Our house is packed up and being loaded on the truck in the morning. Then the woman I hired cleans my Q and then Thursday housing inspects again and if ok we leave Friday morning for our new home . 
 

The hotel has a lovely big bath which I soaked in for some time  and feel a little better. 
 

My kitties are in a dog crate in the hotel and are cuddled up together for bed.
