Nothing about that scenario is "normal". Especially the guy she's cheating with. Why would he agree to be her cheating partner? 

The one she cheats with almost always becomes the one she cheats on.

I agree. I was wondering specifically on the action of avoid the other guy, or distancing herself, when her boyfriend is around.

Cheaters are selfish liars that only think of what they want regardless of who it hurts and only seem to care when they get caught.  Does that sound "Normal" to you?

It obviously upsets you to be ignored by her.  Plus the other flatmates see her ignoring you and that is probably embarrassing.

You see where you are in the hierarchy of her life. Someone to be avoided when she's with the primary man in her life. 

Why put yourself through that? You're dating other women, so why be the secret lover of a cheater?
