Well it's hard to know whether just because they're from a club or app that you couldn't trust them and they wouldn't be polite. Unfortunately if it's just a sex hookup you can get a lot of jerks who just wanna "pump and dump". Maybe just go on gay dating apps and actually have a coffee with them first to see if they're a nice person. Can I suggest using a condom even for oral sex or ask them to do STD tests or at least ask if they have any STD's. You can catch STD's from oral sex so need to be careful if you just hook up with random people.
