We hang out for two years now.. when we met i was hitting on her, but we ended up bonding. I confessed, and she laughed and said “awkward silence”. But im now thinking about it... she didnt said “no”... does this mean i have a shot?

My impression, you are friends zoned sorry. No one likes being put on the spot. MissCanuck is right, The "let you down gently" is what "awkward silence" means. BUT,

 

You want to ask her out then ask her out and see.....up to you. Basically you should have asked her on a date instead of blurting out you had feelings for her. It's better to work up to it. Confessing you have feelings should come after some dates.

Don't overthink it. If it was a yes, she would have said yes. She could change her mind, but it's not likely and she'll let you know if she does. Instead, just try to be her friend.
