Don't know how to handle this

So me and this girl I met have been talking/texting for about 3 weeks, she lives about 2 hours away so it's a bit difficult at times. She always tells me she likes me and that she likes my muscles, personality, etc... We have fun whenever we go out but the problem is getting there, she doesn't visit her dad's house (located close to me) very often and when she does we always make plans to do stuff but we only end up spending like a day together and then she seems like she doesn't wanna do anything with me for the remainder of the time she spends here, she usually ends up going out with other friends, I'm really confused and have no idea how to handle this, any help/tips would be appreciated
