Purusha
Omg, it sounds like it's too much too fast for your bod, what have you eaten today? Link to comment
sophie274
It's much more likely you simply got a stomach virus. I would recommend eating very simple foods until your stomach is better (the BRAT diet, not veggies). Hope you feel better soon. Link to comment
mustlovedogs
Guys, I am very sick tonight (nausea, vomiting), I ate veggies all day and drank 12 glasses of water. Is this my body releasing toxins or something? This is not fun. Did you happen to have sprouts? It's much easier to get food poisoning from veggies than meat and stuff. And sprouts are known to be one of the most common causes of food poisoning. Link to comment
boltnrun
A sudden change in diet can cause your symptoms. No, diarrhea is NOT a good or healthy way to lose weight!!! You will be weak and dehydrated. Eat some whole grains and, when you feel better, some lean protein. And continue with the water. Link to comment
reinventmyself
Sorry you're not feeling well! Just wanted to chime in about the weight loss. Lean protein. Small amounts. It keeps your blood sugar and appetite in check and you don't get hungry near as quickly as you would with just veg's and fruits. Tuna, chicken, a hard boiled egg for breakfast and then add veg's and a fruits in between throughout the day. More so veg's because they have less sugar. I can get by eating a pretty small amount that is low on calories if I have a good balance of protein in my system. If I get hungry, watch out! Link to comment

I feel lots better today; yesterday I was pretty much down for the count though. Yeah, laying off all the veggies, it was too much. Going with the lean protein, some fruits and veggies and lots of fresh water. No bread! I must've lost at least a couple of lbs already though as I tried on the dress this morning and it almost fits!! Link to comment
