The very thought of you disgusts me yet I still refresh my inbox to see if you have emailed me. Even if you did, I wouldnt respond. I have absolutely nothing to say to you. However, I think its an addicting game and I want you to message me just so that I know you are hurting and suffering too. You deserve to rot in hell for the things you did to me, even more so since you can't admit to them. I hate you and have nothing to say. I just want to know you are suffering.

So I was dating someone for almost three years. Keeping this a short post, we broke up because I found out some horrible stuff he was doing behind my back. All while being abusive physically and mentally and controlling my life. It has been a month and I got a new phone number weeks ago so he would leave me alone. He will email me from time to time but hasnt in almost a week. Its very hard having no contact with someone youre used to always talking to. I have nothing to say to him but i still crave the attention from him. I guess its because i want to know that hes suffering from this.

What are some good ways to get over wanting to contact your ex? I don't want to give in and email or call him because i have nothing to say."

 

You wouldn't have this problem, if you blocked him. I also suggest some therapy. YOU are still allowing him to control you.

Actually I did block him on everything. I even changed my phone number. He makes new emails and continues to email me off them. So no, Im not allowing him to do anything. But thank you for the advice!

Then get a restraining order. He is harassing you.

Why are your defenses up? You obviously have not blocked him because you're waiting for his emails. I'm not a big fan of blocking before an individual is ready but if you're gonna lie because you don't like the advice given there's no point in asking for advice..

 

He does still have control over you and it's going to be a long hard process to get through it but if you take it day by day and practice NC it will work.

How can I block an email that I dont know? I said that he makes new emails when he does email me. Just because Im waiting for him to email me somehow, doesnt mean I am allowing him to. I have blocked the ones I do know.
