I know exactly why this bugs you and I've had it myself. You are suspicious about the way she acts when drunk - as in she let herself go and then regretted it afterwards. When a girl can't control herself, it's not very attractive. You have to remember that people can act completely different when they get drunk - some people can't handle it at all. You've only been dating for 3 months and you're both still young. Hopefully she will mature more, but maybe try and encourage her not to drink too much. Do healthy hobbies together etc. She obviously has some decent qualities otherwise you wouldn't be with her. I'd give her the benefit of the doubt for the moment and see how it progresses.
