LolaMay4559
I had a job interview today in a field that I have experience in. I've gotten good feedback from past jobs on my interview skills, but after this interview I started feeling extremely anxious and almost depressed. I was unable to eat, and felt listless. I keep going over everything I said, and how I should have said something else instead. I am analyzing every facial expression the interviewer made, and wondering what I did wrong. I just can't stop thinking about it and worrying. I'm dreading getting rejected, or feeling like they didn't like me. I've been through a lot this past year, and maybe that has affected me. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is this normal or is this something more? I'm sitting here almost in tears, and the old me would have been like, "If they don't hire me, it's their loss!"
