Hello, I Need some advice. My current partner is really paranoid about what I'm doing/who I'm talking to. But he has a child with his ex partner. She texts him all the time even at 3/4 in the morning. I know they have to talk for his child but she is still in love with him. He is secretive and doesn't tell me anything. I need some help it is wearing me down😭

Sounds like a case of he is afraid that you'll do to him what he is doing to you. He is not done with his ex. Spare yourself your sanity and step away from this mess.

Jealousy/paranoia is never a good sign, especially when its hypocritical like his is. Sounds to me like his ex might not be the only one interested in keeping up that relationship.

Sometimes it doesn't matter how much you fancy/love the person. If you aren't doing anything wrong state some boundaries and stick with them. His jeliousy probably will not get better unless he gets help. Also consider he's doing exactly what he's accusing you of. Good luck
