Me and my now ex boyfriend were together for two years and a half, he decided to cut the relationship because he was not feeling good in it anymore, I agreed and since we were beginning college I didn't put much mind into it, until it hit me hard and I began begging for four months but stopped. He told me we should stay as best friends and we did for all of this six months (since november last year) we never stopped talking, we saw each other and the most we stopped talking was for a week, since i blocked him everywhere, but he found his way back and contacted me again. He told me we should stay as friends but still go out plus talk everyday and he also find his way to let me down easy like talking about us getting together in the future, and after all this months I said I didn't agree completely to this. I went to the states for a week for vacation with my family and he contacted me everyday but after a while he ignored me, and this kept for everyday for my whole entire vacation, after plenty of this i decided it was time to stop talking to him. I told everything about this to one of my friends and they met, my ex told him he was over me and that he was ''living it'' since he is now going through a '' phase'', all of my friends say that he doesnt know what he is doing and that he will regret it, but i just can't handle the situation anymore since i do love him and i do want to be with him.

 

Any stories like this? Any advice? HELP!

He wants freedom away at college so wants fwb with you. Decide what you want. Be free at college and enjoy life there, don't 'stay friends' or be backup plan when he strikes out playing the field.

he doesnt want to fwb me since he respects me a lot and doesnt look at me as an object. The last time we talked he told me he was gonna find me, plus he told me that i needed to know nothing of him in this time since i needed to get better. I honestly dont know if he will regret it or not, or we wont talk anymore, and im just so scared of whatever happens

he even congratulated me for our anniversary on april and it was so weird since we arent together anymore. he tried talking to my mom to regain her love again. but he is still going through the so called ''boy wh*re phase'' and thats why i stopped talking to him, because since we broke up we hadn't had any time apart, so he just cant miss me. all of my friends say he is not over me even though he says he is, and he just doesnt know what he is doing and its not conscious of what he is losing
