KB24BD5 Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 At work, I talk to everyone sitting around me (both males and females) except to the girl that I like. On the rare occasions that she talks to me, I tend to become a bit nervous and as a result I tend to mumble a lot and I give short answers to her questions. I don't want her to find out that I like her.
twentysix Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Honestly, if someone was mumbling and giving short answers when they spoke to me, I'd think they really hated me. Be careful how this can come across in a workplace situation, she may get offended
Keyman Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 I've had that situation, and had the girl I liked but couldn't talk to say something along the lines of...'You don't like me do you?' or 'I know you don't really like me.' Which was baffling as it was just the opposite.
Betterwithout Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 I don't want her to find out that I like her. How come? Can girls tell if a guy likes them? I'd say girls have this perception 5 times stronger than a guy does.
Wiseman2 Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 Why? Don't you want her to like you and to ask her out? Getting comfortable with girls has to start somewhere, get some practice talking to the ones you like. I don't want her to find out that I like her.
JaggerJim Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 Mumbling is rude and will obviously make her feel that you do not like her. What does it matter if she finds out you like her? Isn't that the point?
Wiseman2 Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 Exactly.... What does it matter if she finds out you like her? Isn't that the point? ]
