Advice Needed

There's this really cute girl in my class this semester at Uni, don't really know her too well. She's very proper and pretty quiet. Anyways a couple nights ago, pretty late, she messaged me but I was too drunk to reply so I replied the next morning and it was just a homework question. I tried to keep the convo going but she didn't seem into talking. I think she must be a little interested in me cause the question was pretty simple that one of her friends could of answered. I want to message her now but don't know what to say without coming off as creepy. Any advice ?

If she's shy and you're interested, you're going to have to make the moves. Like Wise said ask for coffee or to study some night. Not at your place, but the library or a cafe.
