Am I asking too much?

Me and my grilfriend are in a long distance relationship. We have spent quite a bit of time together and have both played music and sang with each other. Well we were on skype a bit ago, and I was busy and I came to drop my bowl of food off and noticed her singing on skype, but I needed to go clean up in the kitchen. I came back and asked what song she was singing, and she replied it doesnt matter , that she didnt want to talk about it, I said it is just the name of the song, I couldnt hear it just saw you singing. She then blew up on me asking why it matters. So I dropped it. This kind of thing happens often. Why is it so dofficult to answer some of these questions? Am I wrong for asking them?..

How often do you see each other in person? Does it happen then too? How long have you been dating?

 

It sounds like she was annoyed that you didn't give her undivided attention and just kept walking away from your skype session.

Try not to be rude and just set aside a time to Skype, but not so long that you become so starved that you have to fetch a bowl of food then clean the kitchen.

 

How old is she? Do you both live with your parents? You both need better organization, communication and less meaningless drawn out skype sessions.

She sounds like a spoiled brat who gets grumpy when she doesnt get what she wants when she wants it. If you have to leave the convo for a few mins. tell her when you'll be back and then go do what you need to do. She'll live.

Did you tell her you were going to go clean up in the kitchen? Was she mid-song when she realized you were not there, hanging off every note?
