betaguy
I had an issue occur earlier this evening. We goto the same place of worship. I love looking at the century old wooden pews and such. For whatever reason I was near the entrance because I didn't want to be caught being late to a sermon in this political climate. I was standing in the entrance and out of the corner of my eye I saw a patterned black shawl. This is what I got the ex for a birthday (exact pattern and exact material). I felt my face flushing and my watch which keeps track of my heartbeat jumped to 120. I felt dizzy and looks like I had an anxiety attack because she was in the same room. I looked at my feet the whole time... but once I got the courage to look up and at her, it wasnt my ex... Pretty sure I suffer from anxiety but have not been diagnosed... What can I do to not be that way and such. Link to comment
