Support after second break up. Same guy

Needing some support. My boyfriend of five years just broke up with me. I moved in for one week before stuff went down. I'm not sure where it all came from to be honest but I left cause he was "confused". A week later he ended it. He ended it three years ago for 6 months before coming back for 2.5 years. He used the same words, same kind of story. Don't know if I need advice, or just support and people to talk to. Thank you!
