How to handle LC after NC

so I finally broke NC after about 6 months, asked my ex how she was and wished her well and happy new year, she replied and said she was good and wished me well too.

 

How do i handle LC and move forward with it,

There is no LC. It should only be NC. The only time the former should apply is if you had to see your ex. i.e. work

 

The only way you're going to heal is if you allow the wounds to close up. If you keep them open, you're sure to prolong the healing process.

 

Delete, block repeat. Go radio silent. Do you. At this point it's about you. No one else.

Well we are in LC now and I dont believe there is always one way to everything, each person is different, I know my ex, I know I had to break NC, but I also know I have to tread very carefully. I am being very careful not to get my expectations too high,

Is this the same ex from your previous threads? Where's it's been almost 2 years and she's asked for no contact? Leave her be and focus on trying to move on.

 

It's borderline obsessive to be continuing after someone when things ended a longtime ago.

As long as you continue to focus on someone who said she didn't love you, you will never have a chance to find someone who does.
