Hi! I am 25 with a history of abortion at age 21! I am an O negative and I am worried that I am pregnant and the baby might not be compabitable with me! The guy in dating doesn't know about my history and I told him that I felt I was pregnant but he didn't believe and demanded a hpt. I took about 6 of them all negative, I did a blood test came out negative! I have a belly and if I am I would be at week 12. I heard that the guy I'm dating is crazy mentally, I can't see a doctor because I'm single and in the country I stay in its illegal to be pregnant and single. I'm scared I will be reported! I was thinking of speaking to his brother about it! But I don't know if he will be open or if he will help, I don't know who else to talk to I don't trust anyone where I live. I need your suggestions please.

How long ago did you take these pregnancy tests? I'm inclined to think that you are not pregnant if you've had multiple urine tests AND a blood test and all are negative.

If single and pregnant is illegal, how did you have an abortion? Why do you believe after 6 negative urine tests and one negative blood test that you are pregnant? What does your blood type have to do with any of this? If you can't see a doctor, who did the blood test?

 

Why are you trying to convince this guy that you are pregnant? What's really going on? Do you want him to marry you?

Get the dr to check again. I seriously doubt it though. If you are RH negative can you get the shots?

If you are pregnant (and it doesnt sound like you are) and it's illegal to be single and pregnant, what are you supposed to do about medical care and eventually delivering a baby? Where do you live that this is how things work there?

You all want to know why I might think that now I am 13 weeks pregnant! It's not that I am delusional! I am pregnant because I got all the symptoms and I have been pregnant before! And one of the major signs that I am experiencing right now is my distended belly and my extremely light periods/ spotting. And yes I do intend to marry the guy and yes it was on October where we had an unprotected sex for three consecutive days! Bare in mind I haven't had sex after I got back home and before dating him I hadn't had sec for a year!

I trust blood tests before I trust symptoms. When did you have this blood test, again?

Why on earth if you already had an abortion would you not use protection when having sex (even hypervigilant - not having sex even with protection if its during your fertile days), and especially not have sex with someone you dislike, think is mentally ill, etc? And if you know pregnant and single is illegal, and you already had an abortion, why not wait for sex?/ You need to get a pregnancy test and you need to see a doctor. Maybe there is a community of expats from the United States, Canada, or Australia that know of a doctor who is western that they use that will not report you. You may be pregnant, but also you can spot from ovarian cysts, stress, etc, and you can also have a false pregnancy. Get an app to keep track of your cycle. Some women have mid cycle bleeding that is normal for them and it takes a long time in your teens and early 20s for your cycle to settle in to a regular pattern.

If all your bloodtests come out negative - you better not dare entrap this man - intend to marry him under the false pretense that you are pregnant when you are not. You are NOT pregnant if blood tests say you are not.

Can you explain WHY you would have unprotected sex for three consecutive days, when you are fully aware that it is "illegal in your country to be single and pregnant" ?? I mean, what on earth was going through your head when you KNOW there is a huge risk and a great chance of falling pregnant? You've already had one abortion. Didn't you learn anything from that?

 

I need your suggestions please.

 

I suggest you see a doctor for a proper diagnoses. Then, while you're at it, get proper birth control and make sure to use it at all times. Also, STOP having unprotected sex when you clearly know the huge risk you are taking and then you want to cry about an unwanted pregnancy.

 

Sorry if this comes across as harsh, but you are being totally irresponsible and sometimes one needs some tough love.

 

That said, if it's true that you have taken blood tests and they are all negative, then you are not pregnant.

You're very likely not pregnant if you have taken six pregnancy tests and they are negative. If a blood test was negative too...how did you do a blood test if you didn't go to the doctor?

 

Without knowing what country or what resources are available it's hard to give advice. There aren't any underground clinics who help women in your situation or something like that?

 

Why wouldn't the baby be compatible with you? What do you mean by that?

 

You should probably just tell the guy you aren't pregnant and then cease contact with him and avoid him if he's unstable.

This might be what you're experiencing: False Pregnancy (Pseudocyesis)

Does this sound like you? Kind of does to me. Sounds like you have this fake pregnancy thing. I also saw this video from a Dr Phil show that a teenage girl "swore" she was pregnant with Jesus. She had a belly pouch. Said she had symptoms of pregnancy. Swore up and down she's pregnant. They did an ultrasound there at the show and put the results up - there was nothing where a baby should be. Nothing. At all. But she still swore up and down she was pregnant. (She also thought her dad is Eminem among other tall tales).

 

You need to go to a doctor because you might have some OTHER serious medical condition going on. I'm pretty sure if you were actually 13 weeks pregnant you would have a positive pregnancy test. I was six weeks when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I took 10 that week and all were positive. The first one three days prior was negative yes. But after that - all positive. At six weeks.

 

Are there women who have a baby never knowing they were pregnant and never showing signs? Yes. But very rare. Go to the doctor and tell them your symptoms and ask them to do an ultrasound to see if you have a cyst or something. Don't say you think you're pregnant. I bet you no baby shows up in that ultrasound because I very highly doubt you are pregnant.
