I can't figure out if he likes me or not

I've been crushing on this guy that I work with for a while now and we have a very playful, flirty relationship. He teases me constantly and is always finding a way to touch me, like touching my hair and bumping my shoulder when he walks past me. This made me think that he liked me but the other day I was talking to him and a few other work friends when he mentioned this girl that he was "trying to get with", his exact words. Does that mean that he doesn't like me?

Here's what I think. If you have to question whether or not a guy likes you, then he doesn't like you.

 

When a guy likes you, trust me you will know it! Or have a good feeling or sense about it, and not have to question it.
