So I'm scared that I sound so insecure for even considering to take my boyfriend back, and thats not really the whole point in this, the fact is I dated a boy and gave him my first everything so of course i'm pretty attached. Well he dumped me recently and the rejection stings. He completely broke my heart and made me feel extremely used. we went a while with NC but then stupid me hung out with him and we made out and fooled around and then he basically said he couldn't date exclusively again because he has to "work on himself".. I know It sounds pathetic and I should want to be with someone who truly loves me but all I want is for him to beg for me back and i kick him in the nuts.. Haven't spoken to him in a while and then receive a text from him saying i deserve better randomly.. Is he likely to contact me again? He always said he loved me but also could have been because he was getting some.

Yep, that's how a break up makes you feel Sorry you are going through this and feeling so used. He may contact you again out of habit or because he misses you, but I don't see any good coming of it. I'd cut him off and move on -- otherwise you'll keep going through this up and down cycle until it leaves you even more broken than you are now.

 

Block him so you can heal. Eventually your heart will recover, and when it does I hope you can find someone who treats you like a princess.

Sorry to hear this. This is why no contact and blocking is so amazing.

 

You heal and don't have to be strung along or listen to "working on myself" stuff.

 

You don't have to demote yourself to fwb or hookups, wishing and hoping his "work on himself" is completed.
