Eye contact

I've had a crush on this guy in our young adults group at church for a few months. He introduced himself to me, but I didn't take it too personal because people introduce themselves all the time to each other. We've been making eye contact a lot, but I don't know if it's all in my head. I don't know if he's looking at me because if I looked at him first or because I was talking to someone near him so naturally you look in their direction.

 

How do I know if it's all in my head or not?
