Octochicken
Hey, So over the weekend I hooked up with a friend of a friend after we had both had a few drinks. Nothing really came of it, we just cuddled in front of a few movies and fell asleep in each others arms. I don't want to date her and would be happier just being friends. Neither one of us has spoken about it since it happened. I don't know whether to just leave it and carry on like nothing ever happened, or whether I should talk to her about what happened and let her know how I feel. Any advice would be amazing. annie24
Welcome to ENA. Out of curiosity, why don't you want to date her? I think you just don't need to do or say anything unless she asks you out or asks for a repeat performance. Then you will probably have to tell her no. Link to comment
Matt3939
I'd say since nothing really happened I'd just let it be. If she comes to you then say something. I would try not to lead her on any further. Good luck Link to comment
Perrin83
The qualifications to be considered a hook up have loosened up over the years, it seems Link to comment
Wiseman2
No need for a "relationship talk" because there isn't any. Just drop it and if you only want to be friends, act the part.Nothing really came of it, we just cuddled in front of a few movies and fell asleep in each others arms. I don't want to date her and would be happier just being friends. Link to comment
Almira23
I don't really see a reason to overthink everything and have a talk with her about where you two currently stand. Unless she mentions something about the situation, I would drop it and not saying anything. Next time, don't cuddle with "friends" Link to comment
