I forgot his birthday

I have not been on here in ages!

We broke up officially August/September of 2015. So I have had a bit more than a year of healing and moving on.

Still not exactly where I want to be, but getting there!

Anyway, it just occurred to me that I totally let his birthday pass by without even realizing it.

Last year it was drama as we weren't speaking anymore by that point and I didn't know if I should send a message or get in contact somehow to wish him a happy birthday. The good people on here convinced me to not say anything, and I didn't. Still haven't spoken to him at all, actually.

And now his birthday was weeks ago and I didn't even realize it!

It really is amazing what time can do!

Yes it is! Congrats! I remember her first bday after she dumped me and agonizing over what to text and how and what time to send it...the second bday I didn't send squat. Time and distance is the key..
