The girls I know all work for me

I manage a busy restaurant and it keeps me really busy. For the last few years I really don't know much of anybody outside of work. I keep really getting to know and love these different young girls who come and go for different reasons. I'm always super careful and haven't outwardly spoken to any of them in many years. I'm in my late 30s and recently, my favorite girl, whom I have spent so much time with is starting to show an interest. She's 19. Mature compared to others her age but still vastly immature compared to the few real adults who still exist today. I know the future will be difficult for these young adults. If she was with me she would have a much different experience then people close to her age will be having them for the next few years. I do well and would take good care of her. I know I'm being selfish but when looking at right and wrong, she would probably honestly be better with me then with someone her own age. Weird I know, I didn't plan the way my life is turned out. 19 and almost 40 ...... no need to even point out the obvious that the two of you are on completely different pages in life. She has barely left high school and only now starting to experience life and you, well, to put it bluntly, almost old enough to be her father. It would probably be a good idea to mix with your own age group and let the teens mix with theirs.

It could be nice at the start, but trust me it does not have any future. I am 21 and my gf was 17, which is only 2 years younger than 19, and well, she was inmature for me. If you take it as fun, then maybe OK, but if you want to involve future with her, feelings, etc.. then I advice not doing it, maybe for quick flings yes, but for something more I don't think so.

Start mingling and serving pretty women your age and ask for their numbers. You should have a ton of them in your resturant every week. You are sitting on a goldmine.

By the way, any time you have to say "she's XX years old BUT she's mature" that's a good sign she's too young for you.
