Discussion on job position??

I emailed a lady about an after hours position open. She told me shed like me to come in and go over details of the position. If we just go over details, what should I wear? Should I just dress casual or professional? This is at an orthopedic surgeons office where they also do drug screenings, which is what we will be discussing. Someone please help??
