After about 10 days of no contact now, my ex texted me asking if I could send her a video I took of her dog doing something funny a while back. Would sending her the video ruin the no contact?

She's told u numerous times she's happy now and doesn't want to be in a relationship with you. But now she wants to be "friends" because she misses the friendship...this doesn't mean she's changed her mind. She wants to play the field. If you want to heal my advice is tell her point blank friendship is not something you're interested in and if she wants to get back together she knows how to get ahold of you. Force her to feel the repercussions of breaking up with you. Believe me if you want more than friendship, being her friend is a road to agony and pain

Another point to ponder is, if you haven't blocked her and she's able to text you, you're not practicing "NC."
