If the background to this isn't "boyfriend is a massive cheat who has destoryed my trust many times over and i'm daft for being with him", it's irrelevant. If you have trust issues, you need to work on fixing them.

Regardless of your background, none of the 2 things you mentioned suggests cheating.

I see absolutely nothing in those two statements that show he's cheating on you, or sending those texts to anyone else but you? Hilary Clinton maybe, who knows? I'd be upset about THAT, but to assume he's cheating because of that? No.

 

Usually we find things like lipstick on a shirt, perfume you know isn't yours all over him, a hicky he claims is a bruise from where he ran into the door, a phone bill that goes from practically zero to $500 in a month and all the calls are late at night. You know, signs of really cheating.

 

If these texts are all you have then yes you are very insecure and maybe need to take a step back and examine the root cause for that.

 

Plus don't you think he'd catch on after a time or two that he'd been sending that to the wrong woman if that were his intentions? No one can be that dumb, okay? Or anyways I pray not, but all kidding aside no I see absolutely no sense of cheating there.

Is it out of character or out of the blue?

Have you ever asked him what he means by that? Does he say it in person?

What do you reply? If you don't reply does he get offended or hurt that you don't respond?

No kidding. I get that we don't know the history, or what this guy is like otherwise. . . But that's just about the sweetest thing you could say to someone. It's saying that you mean something to him not just because of what you do, but simply who you are.

 

Similarly, with the pictures. He's saying he was thinking of only you when he took and sent the picture. It's not for all his friends, or for the general public, it's something just for you.

 

He's trying to be sweet to you!
