allsmiles87 Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 I like one of my pretty good friends . We have some "history," and I'm getting to that point where I'm looking to find out if there's any chance he feels the same. We haven't really hung out in a couple of weeks but he does text me random stuff atleast once a week.he initiates 90% the time .How do I approach the subject . I'm scared of rejection
tracyis300 Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 If your good friends? Then invite him for lunch or something, where it will be just the two of you. Talk for a bit, then bring up the "dating" topic to see where he stands?! Then go from there..? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
toby17 Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 He initiates most of the time but you're scared of rejection?! Feel the fear and do it anyway.
j.man Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 Well... I'd invite you to join the "Not a fan of rejection" club, but I'm afraid the waiting list is pretty long. Rejection is a part of life. Time to buck up.
Sportster2005 Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 I think it's best you let your behavior do the talking. Try upping the flirting. If he's into you he'll reciprocate. Or, just ask him if he would like to go on a date. True confessions about feelings seldom go right. It's like using a shotgun to get rid of a house fly.
