I know. It's addicting. Nothing beats getting it from a hole in the wall middle eastern restaurant, though.

 

Speaking of hummus, made some strange concoction I saw a recipe for online today. Half a piece of an english muffin, toasted. Spread hummus on it. Then mash avocado, flavor with salt/pepper. Spread it on top of hummus. Make an over easy egg, put it on top of the avocado and cut up some grape tomatoes to put on top of the egg. Sounds really weird and does not look very pretty when you get to all that 'mush', but man it was delicious.
