anthonyhaid
It's very hard to find a girlfriend maybe a future wife, I'm 18 and suffering from panic disorder. Because I've lost my sister she was just a baby... I don't mind the looks! We're all going to be old and grumpy one day. I just need someone close to me. Any advice would be great! LoveSoDeep
If you truly struggle with panic disorder you're probably going to benefit more from therapy than any advice we can give you here. You need to learn where the panic comes from and bring it down to a normal level so that you can interact with people normally. Until you can do that I'm not sure what to tell you. Otherwise at 18 don't be so concerned with finding a relationship just focus on making friends and having real meaningful interactions in the real world free of panic....from there maybe a relationship will form naturally. rustysim
Previous experiences are a good conversation starter eg. places you've been, jobs you've worked, concerts, sports etc. At 18 you might not have had many jobs or done alot of travelling but I'm sure you've got some interesting stories and experiences Keep the conversation light hearted and use jokes, questions etc. If you're more talking about cold approaching strangers to start conversations I'm not sure, even I'd be a bit nervous about it but there's guides and videos out there eg. body language, posture, greetings etc.
