Weeblie
Apartment Hunting The Hard Sell Operator: So what's your budget? Me: Nothing over $1000. Operator: Ok, let's see...looks like we have 1 bedroom available for $2100. Apartments are going quick in this location, would you like to set up an appointment time? Doublespeak "Private Guesthouse" aka "Cabin" or "Cottage" really means mobile home in the backyard: link removed A Sincere Request This should scare most sane females: link removed But apparently it hasn't: link removed Question of the Day: Would you rather live in a rundown, but spacious apartment in a seedy area or in in a nice, but tiny micro apartment with a shared bathroom in a safe area? With my budget, it seems those are the two extremes I have to choose from. Apartment hunting seemed like such a good idea. Find a cheaper place, get my deposit back and in a few months save enough money to get a car. I'm actually leaning towards the shared bathroom because it'll save me $300 a month. Add that to the deposit I'll get back, I'll have a car in less than a year. But part of me thinks there's got to be a better way to accomplish this. Weeblie
While walking towards the apartment stairs, my neighbors little chihuaua type dog ran after me and bit my leg. He didn't bite hard enough to break skin, but there are two raised marks where his teeth were. Thank God, the other little dog was fenced in. I think everything happens for some sort of reason and something as random as this, probably has a huge meaning attached to it. But I'm not usually good at deciphering this type of stuff. So I did what any normal person would do and googled what dog bites mean in dreams. There were a couple of different meanings: 1. It can mean that someone is jealous and doesn't want you to succeed - totally possible as there's someone who's been saying some subtle passive aggressive stuff towards me lately. 2. It can mean that you're hesistant about approaching a new situation in your life or have no desire to move forward with your goals - this could be possible too. I don't really want to move or buy a car. It would make life easier, but the hassle to get those things, is a turn off. Also, I'm questioning things at work. Like is this the right path for me? How far do I want to go with this? Anyway, this doesn't really clear up anything, but I thought it was amusing how it kind of matches what's going on.
